Friday Fictioneers: The Plan

“You will never get away with this.” She said as her ex-boyfriend led her out of her apartment with her hands tied behind her back.

“Oh, but I will. You see, I have a brilliant plan mapped out in my head. Tomorrow, the cops will find the car, they’ll pop open the trunk, and voila, their surprise will be delivered.”

“Why do you think I’ll cooperate?” She hissed.

“Because…” Something hard hit her on the head before she could hear the rest. “I know you will. After all, you are no greater mastermind than me.” He whispered in her ear.
