Here are some shots from my hike last Saturday. I converted them to black and white in Photoshop and then increased the contrast in each picture to emphasize the trees. I even added a tiny amount of highlights. I hope you enjoy my selection.

Thanks, I prefer colors too but I think some pictures look better without colors. It just depends on the picture.
