This week, I am grateful to be alone. Some days, I would rather sit all day and work rather than be on my feet going to places. It’s like I’ve been telling everyone I know, I will complete the task and go to places on my own terms. Unfortunately, I’m not “big” enough to make people listen.

So I am grateful. While my aunt is running about town all day, delivering meals to my grandpa who is still in the hospital, unable to do the surgery due to hypertension and an infection, I am at home, alone, working, earning my bucks for the month with the music cranked up and singing along.
