Holiday season is approaching- will you take a break or keep on blogging? 

Do you plan to take a break during Christmas/ Hanukkah this year?

I will be taking a break from work for the holidays but I won’t be taking a break from my blog. I’ll be here, blogging away, as long as I have something to say. My blog is my safe space to let my thoughts come out and vent, without it, I might go crazy.

I might not be as active though because with most of the garden cleanup finally done, I want to spend this holiday getting a bit of rest before it’s time to start seeds again. I also want to try to do a bit of reading, well, mostly browsing garden magazines looking for inspiration, still, there are some cool stories out there.

In the past, I’ve dreaded the 2-week break from work because I knew I would be stuck at home with nowhere to go. This year, though, I think I’m looking forward to it. I’m looking forward to not needing to think about work for 2 weeks. I’m looking forward to browsing for garden inspirations. Mostly, I’m looking forward to the new year because when the new year arrives, it would mean the shortest days are behind me and the days ahead will be longer and brighter once more.
