Have you ever taken an online test for IQ?
Have you ever gotten yourself tested for IQ? Do you think that it’s only intelligence that takes a person on the path of success or is it hard work?
I have never tested my IQ until last night and this question got me truly curious. So I did an online test for $1.00. It was 25 questions about numbers and puzzles. It felt easy to me, perhaps because I’m used to puzzles and math problems. I did the test because I was curious and I want to know whether I’m as intelligent as people say I am.
I hear it all the time, “You’re smart, you’ll figure it out.”
The thing is, I don’t feel smart. I don’t feel intelligent. I often feel like there’s a lot of useless things floating inside my brain and none of them are intelligent, just useless story plots. I feel like if I am truly this smart person, then I would be better at things, better at life, better at making decisions, maybe even more successful.
The shocking thing is, you want to know what I got for an IQ score? I got a score of 131. I immediately research and it told me I’m among the smartest people of the world. An average person’s IQ is around 100, so mine is classified as high but not in the genius level, maybe that’s why I don’t feel smart? Honestly, I don’t feel any different. I don’t feel like I will invent anything new anytime soon.
