I peeked at my fridge this morning for a little breakfast, it’s practically empty except for the overwhelming amount of vegetables my mom bought on Saturday before coming home to hassle me to write her paper on Argentina for her. Essentially, I am out of breakfast.
In the end, I just had my last yogurt and a cup of cappuccino with chia seeds before heading to school. Before I left though, I had discover a small bag of rolls in the deep corner of the freezer. I lined the rolls nicely on a sheet of parchment paper to let it thaw and rise.
The rolls were exceptionally small and I like everything big. So I had to combine them, two become one and then I flattened it with a rolling pin and filled them with dry shredded pork, a Chinese thing. This was what it looked like before I put them in the oven.

This was after I basted it with egg fluid.

This is when it came out of the oven 20 minutes later. Isn’t it a beauty?

Yum!

This sounds gross, but I am in love with egg fluid. It is just one of those things…

Gross? Nah, it’s my favorite! I took advantage of my mom not being here to make it. When she’s here, she always put shredded coconut instead.
