An obvious choice, isn’t it?

I went out into the garden yesterday. The storm from two weeks ago and last week had managed to kill all the blossoms. Though the trees grew tremendously, there was nothing but leaves. I doubt there’ll be fruit this year. 😦 Luckily, the bright yellow tulips survived. Truthfully, I thought they were goner.

Meanwhile, after the harsh pruning my aunt gave it last year. It was a torture to watch her aim those shears like a gun and just trim every branch to the ground. It was sad. Anyway, the blackberry bushes are alive! Thank god!

I know that picture goes against the theme of the post. Therefore I’ve added reinforcement. I have to go through the annoying construction zone at the mouth of the neighborhood every time I go to work. Yesterday, as I was walking to work, I saw this.
