“So, you’re telling me Sasha is actually American?” Shelley took a bite from her sandwich as she tried to digest Teri’s story.
Five minutes prior, as Teri was speed-walking back to the office with a paper bag with her lunch order, she spoke into her phone, “meet me in the lunch room in five,” and shot the dictated text to her roommate and co-worker, Shelley, who almost immediately sent her back a thumb up.
“What a creep,” Shelley shrieked, “so why did he pretend to be French?”
Teri shrugged, fiddling with the now-crumbled paper sack that contained her lunch. She hadn’t been able to eat after seeing Sasha in that cafe and was now beginning to regret spending money on a lunch she could no longer down, is Sasha even his name, she wondered. Just then, her phone pinged with an incoming text from an unknown number, it read, “we need to talk.”

oh, the ending was so intriguing I really wanna know what happens next now. I wish I could write a coherent story like that for the sixes. It’s really good 😊

I like to believe he’s one I would avoid ever after and I rather hope she does, too. People who have to live double lives do not come to a good end.
