Today’s prompt asks: How do you manage your online privacy? Are there certain things you won’t post in certain places? Information you’ll never share online? Or do you assume information about you is accessible anyway?
Honestly, it’s the internet, what isn’t on it? Whether you are or you’re not disturbed about the things happening around you, it’s on the internet, so why hide it. You type my name in google and you’ll get all my social media accounts. I mean, there aren’t many people in the world with my name.
Now onto a challenge that’s much more fun. I haven’t gone to work this entire week after I heard my boss fell and broke his fingers. I feel sad for him because from what he’s told me since I started working there, he’s not having much good luck this year. He told me that while putting up the sign for the store, he fractured his wrist. When my mom asked why I didn’t go to work, I told her and she said, “I thought I was the unlucky one.” Guess that made her feel better.
Anyway, I took these on my way to work last week and coincidentally, the theme for the photo challenge this week is “On the way“. I hope you like it. 🙂
As I left home, I have to just take one last shot at the roses. Are they beautiful? I told mom our roses are probably rose parade worthy, don’t you think so?
Next, I come to the trees which line our sidewalk. Mom has been trying to kill them for five years but so far, no luck. I don’t think you want to see the whole tree, by the way, except for these lovely flowers up close, the remainder of the tree looks gnarly with dead branches and thorns.
This is half way to work already! I’m not sure what kind of flowers are these but I’m pretty sure they are not roses.

Unless you are some specially trained computer ninja, or some dork sitting in his mom’s basement claiming big brother is going to get him there is no way to be invisible on the internet especially if you are on social media.

Beautiful roses!! Those pink flowers are indeed roses! I forget their name but I use to grow them.

There are so many varieties of roses! I can just tell the one kind.

These look more like “wild roses” however, they are not wild and are more of an antique rose (grown many years ago).

Probably not that many years ago, maybe the late 90’s.

Oh, I was growing them in the 90’s but I mean they were the type of roses that many people would grow many many years ago.

I figure because the previous owners of my current home grew them in the backyard.

Probably so.

Go on Google and type in Wild Roses. I also looked under antique roses and didn’t see them there.
