Have I ever show you pictures of that time I went to Great Salt Lake? No?
Of course not! Those pictures have been hidden in my flash drive. Well, since the assignment is to show pictures of water, I cannot think of any other reasons not to post it.
Now, I know the purpose of Photo101 is to take new pictures of our own but the weather hasn’t been very cooperative lately and I’ve been having issues with bugs, literally, I’ve been scratching non-stop. So I will have to dig deep into my archive for now. I hope you enjoy these. According to the dates on these pictures, they were taken on September 6, 2008.

As usual, I’m the landscape photographer. This picture was taken right outside of the Antelope Island State Park Visiting Center. It looks like a road has been constructed in the middle of the lake. That’s because it is.

I couldn’t resist. He’s just so adorable.

F.Y.I. to all beach goers, don’t wear sandals at the beach. Wear tennis shoes and boots.
Do you know how salty the water was? I could smell the salt the moment I entered the state park and the water tasted salty and bitter.

Pretty lake, even with the road.

Thank you and if I have known that day we were going to the GSL, I wouldn’t had worn them.
