What is your favorite comfort snack food?

I don’t know what a comfort food is. I mean, I know what they are. They’re foods that’s supposed to make a person feel better, right? I’m not a snacker, at all, I believe in three standard meals a day but if I have to pick, I would pick potato chips, Pringles, to be exact. I love them, not sure if eating Pringles make me feel better though.
If you had to spend one weekend alone in a single store but could remove nothing, which store would you pick? (except food or beverage)
Either a furniture store (IKEA) or a bookstore (Barnes and Nobles) but preferably the combination of both. A bookstore has books and Wifi to keep me company but it lacks the bed I need to get comfortable. Meanwhile, a furniture store has the beds and chairs but I’d be bored to death without the books and it may or may not have Wifi.
What was the largest city you have been to? What is the one thing you remember most?
I believe the largest city I have been to so far is Beijing. I went there 10 years ago and I remember that even after we left the sky-high buildings, we were still in Beijing. The one thing I remember from that visit was climbing the Great Wall. It was not what I’ve imagined. It was completely made of steps. I was so tired by the time I caught up with my mom and step-dad and I was freezing cold. I remember looking back at the pictures and laughing. I could’ve been mistaken for a tiny polar bear or some kind of stuff animal. After making to the first summit, I didn’t want to come down due to a mild case of Acrophobia.
Finish this sentence: It has recently come to my attention that …
I have been posting less and less. Seriously, I looked at how much I’ve posted in June, which I average about 3 posts per day, but in July, I only average about two and in the last two weeks, there had even been days where I only posted once. I think this is mostly caused by the lack of activities in my day-to-day life and the lack of prompt to give me that push I need.
Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
I am grateful for the rain and the cool weather last week. Maybe this summer won’t be a hot one but who knows. I don’t want to jinx it.
There is not much to look forward to this week. This is the boring part of summer. While everyone’s out on their adventure, I’m stuck at home. I am all caught up with my TV shows and it leaves me with nothing to watch. I guess there is always one thing that’s constant, all the flash fiction prompts. That’s one thing to look forward to.

This does seem like the time of the year when seems to last forever. 😀 Hang in there.

Great answers. I particularly like the idea of a combined bookstore and furniture store for a weekend. As long as i had food and drink with me, of course.

Well, if you combine IKEA with a bookstore, then you will have food and drink. IKEA has a food court and bookstores tend to have a coffee shop inside. Thank you for reading.

I would choose the book store and give up the bed. Maybe I could find enough Shakespeare to make a mat to sleep on. I would probably benefit from the chance to appreciate Shakespeare via osmosis. I’d cover myself with some religious magazines for a bit of comforting warmth.

I enjoy reading your answers, and if it’s me answering them, it’d take up a long time for me to tell my favourite comfort snack food; simply because there are too many! 🙂
