What do you consider is the most perfect food for you? (It can be your favorite food to something extremely healthy.)
Maybe I’m just craving it right now but the most perfect food to me is Alfredo sauce. This white sauce, in my opinion, can go with any pasta and still taste so good. I remember falling in love with it when I tried a broccoli fettuccine Alfredo frozen dinner.
So good. See? That’s what I mean by perfect food, not only does it goes with almost everything but it’s good even as a TV dinner.
Are you focused on today or tomorrow?
I have a tendency to focus on tomorrow because that’s when I’m finished with the tasks at hand and at times, tomorrow might be weekend. Right now though, I am trying to shift my focus to the present because time goes fast when I’m busy working and before I knew it, hours, even days had gone by without knowing.
Like the last few months, I had been so busy working that I’ve forgotten where everything are at home. I don’t even know what’s going on in my neighborhood or at home and I used to be very knowledgeable. So instead of focusing on the next day, I’m trying to focus in the present, not today, but the present moment.
If you could interview one of your great-great-great grandparents, who would it be (if you know their name) and what would you ask?
Firstly, I need to know who they are and I’m not sure if there are anyone can tell me that since my last name is the 23rd most common last name in the Chinese language. I have been trying to search and build my family tree for years and all I have are dead ends. No one in either my dad or my mom’s family can or would tell me anything that can help me build my family tree beyond my grandparents.
Besides, even if I find out their names, what would I ask them? I guess I can always go with, “what was life back then?”

Love Alfredo sauce as well 🙂 Carbanara sauce is similar and also excellent! That’s a hard one with your family and I don’t know what I would ask them either. Maybe I would have liked to talk to my two great grandmas Ida and Molly when she hey were younger woman. I wonder if we can find common ground around the same age but in different times.

You made me wonder about that too but I imagine my life would be very different from my great grandparents, not because of different times but because we are living in different countries.
