My mom used to go on YouTube and watch videos that introduced the lifestyle of Hong Kong. Most of the videos were about the tight living quarter Hong Kong families endure. She often pointed out a typical family in Hong Kong would live in an apartment the size of my kitchen. That is a pretty small space.
This picture was taken at the highest point of Hong Kong Island, which is Victoria Peak. Just look at all the skyline! It’s like every inch of the islands are covered by skyscrapers. I hardly see any greenery except for what’s in front of me. I bet those tall buildings with the tiny windows are from individual apartments, as I saw on the YouTube videos – one window per apartment.
