Which tastes better: black or green olives?
Definitely black olives tastes better. I don’t know why but green olives taste strange to me.
What’s your favorite room in your home?
Strangely, my favorite room in the whole house is my current basement bedroom even with no storage whatsoever. My mom and aunt took all the closet space to store their crap. Still, this is my favorite room because it’s the one place I can actually get some privacy and the one place I can hide my brand new camera gear. Trust me, I will take every ounce of privacy I can get nowadays.
No one other than my social media friends knows I got new camera gear and I’d like to keep it that way to avoid any interrogation. The other day, my mom questioned me about making ice in an interrogative manner. It’s sad. I don’t know why I still live here. Oh wait, it’s my house.
What fictional family would you be a member of?
Honestly, I’m not sure. I can’t think of any at the moment.
What did you appreciate or what made you smile this past week? Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.
I spent most of last weekend alone which made me smile a lot. I also attended my church friend’s wedding and felt very happy for her. That was my first ever traditional American wedding, so it was definitely a new experience for me. I didn’t take any pictures because I wanted to respect people’s privacy and I’m not a good photographer when there are people involved.
Baking also made me smile this past week. I made another Swiss Roll. This was my second time making it. I think it turned out better than last time.
I made my own strawberry whipped cream by adding 15 grams of sugar to 6-ounces of frozen strawberries. Then I microwaved the strawberries for about two minutes before smashing the strawberries through a strainer, ridding all its juice so it wouldn’t make the whipped cream too soggy. Finally, use a spatula to fold the strawberries into the whipped cream and spread it evenly on a sheet of sponge cake. Yum.
Lastly, trying out my new camera filters made me smile. I quite enjoy learning this kind of things. It relaxes me and I got some nice pictures.

I’ll stick to green olives which i feel taste better once you get used to them. 🙂 Black olives are green olives that were repeatedly bleached over and over again! Yes… bleached!

😱😱😱Why do all the delicious foods have harmful substance in them? 😒 Maybe it’s the bad stuff that makes the food taste great.
