Ever since I got Lightroom, I’ve been playing with some of my old photos, let’s just say I went back and took a look at the photos with figuratively speaking “a brand new set of eyes.” This is one of those photos. I took this photo last year and when I saw the initial result, I was super disappointed.
I always thought long-exposure photos were supposed to be beautiful but instead, the photo turned flat, boring with a large sun glare in the middle of the photo. After I got Lightroom and learning all the cool features and tools, I tackled this photo. I cropped it, got rid of the glare, and made the color of the water pop just like when I first saw the vision.
Though the rocks are still a little blurry in this photo, I think it’s much better than the original, which I don’t even want to look at.
