I think this photo is a wonderful example of opposite weather. Despite it was taken at the end of June, the lake is still frozen and the ground is still full of ice and snow and there I was, wearing capris pants, short sleeves, and enjoying AC in my car. It’s why this destination is best visited during the height of summer because even though it’s 100-degree in the city, it’s only a comfort 80 degrees up at 10,000 feet.
