Standing in Mr. Ted’s kitchen, waiting for the Espresso maker to do its job, Mary was seething. How dare Ted treats me like a servant as opposed his business partner. He should be grateful on so many levels. After all, she’s the one with the business degree. He was a car salesman before they founded their business.
“Mary!” Ted shouted behind his closed office door. “Mary! Help!”
That didn’t sound good, Mary thought. “Mr. Ted!” She gasped when she saw a doll resembling Ted in his chair.
“Help me!” Shrieked the doll.
Instantaneously, Mary burst out laughing. “Serve you right.”

He’s right where he needs to be I think. His ego needs reducing. Fun story.
