This is my brain at the moment. There are simply no thoughts. I feel like I have been driving non-stop this weekend and when I’m not driving, I’m walking.
On Saturday, my aunt and I went to the Tulip Festival. It’s the first weekend of the festival and I was fortunate to had gotten my mom’s blessing to go. The caveat – I need to take my aunt – which it’s better than having my mom come along, actually, any place and event is better if my mom is not there.
The festival is about 50 miles away and driving at the speed I was forced to drive by the cars behind me, we made it in less time than I thought. The festival was amazing, of course. We were there for over 3 hours, visiting each of the gardens and took enough pictures until we could no longer photograph the same thing over and over.

On the way home, we decided to drop by the State Capitol to see if we can grab some shots of the blooming cherry blossoms. Unfortunately, we once again had no luck finding a parking spot. It was someone’s Quinceanera and decided to invite everyone to the capitol to celebate.
So home we went.
The next day, my mom wanted to go north to Idaho because I once again won a little something at last week’s lottery. Who was driving? Me!
It was about 70 miles to Idaho and I was once again forced to go over the speed limit by the crazy cars behind me. This time, there was no large winning like Iast time, over a small one-$4. I was not going to re-invest in playing the lottery because I felt like the $4 was a sign telling me to quit but my mom wanted to play and asked me to go half in with her on a mix of Powerball and Mega-million. Don’t have to tell me twice.
I can’t believe I’m saying this but after driving almost 300 miles the weekend, I am tired of driving.

Pretty photos. But that’s a lot of driving

Yeah, that was a lot of driving and usually, I don’t mind, but it was the interstate and there were a lot of crazy drivers.
