Do you exercise regularly?

I try to. I do have a garden, so chores in the garden are mandatory. That’s my exercise for now. I used to go walk in the park but when the dandelions took over and pollen started flowing, I opted to be somewhere that has much less of that.

Have you ever belonged to/visited a gym?

I went to the gym at the nearby air force base from the age of 19 until my pass onto the base was taken away at 23 because I was too old to be a dependent. I didn’t like the feeling of being watching when using the treadmill or exercise machine.

When it comes to diet, what is your greatest weakness?

Not resisting temptations when it comes to off-limit foods. That’s why I’m no longer on a diet.

Do you know your waist size?

I used to until I started filling my closet with sweatpants and pants with an elastic waist band.

Before the pandemic, I had a 29-inch waist. Earlier this year, as I was trying on pants for my trip to Taiwan, all the size 29 pants hung loosely around the lower part of my waist. It was probably the 10-pound I lost last year that did the trick. I’m probably a 28 or a 27 now.
