Oh, why did I have to go with a manual lens? He thought as he struggled to focus the camera at a moment’s notice. He was standing in the middle of the road, pausing in his crossing to the other side. Aha, got it!
He clicked the shutter button as a man was crossing in front of his camera. “No! Why did you have to do that, man? I was in the middle of a masterpiece here.” The Englishman extracted the cigarette between his lip, startled perhaps more by his New Jersey accent.
“You can’t occupy the zebra crossing for a photo,” the Englishman shook his head and muttered, “damn these tourists,” as he continued crossing.
The light was now green, forcing him to sprint to the other side as cars honked and drivers shouted from the open windows. That was the perfect angle, he thought, wanting to try again. At the same time, he felt as though the shutter speed was probably quick enough to had snapped the photo prior to that man showing up. We’ll see, he thought, if it’s unacceptable, I’ll come back tomorrow.

The picture with the blurred figure is actually pretty cool.

I agree. I will have to figure how the photographer did that.

Nicely combined the two images in one interesting story Yinglan. Thanks for joining in.
