The sign was all he saw when he stepped into her apartment. It was right there on the kitchen wall and it stood out in a sore thumb kind of the way – the good way, not the bad. “Exhale?” He asked, arching his brow.

“This forces me to take a step back and breathe and remind me not to take on the whole world at once.”

He smiled. “If you ever want to take on the whole world, let me know and I will be standing behind you.”
