I had this strange feeling yesterday like it’s been a while since I posted a macro photo of wild flowers. I think the last one I posted was of a cactus but I think this is way prettier. This photo was shot on the same hike as the cactus photo. There was a good number of wild flowers and plants along the trail that day and I’m glad I get to keep some of the beauty in my photographs.

I have not seen a flower like you show. The leaf looks like a lil one but the flower appears come from leaf. So I would say it not as lupine.

As I remembered it, the flower was yellow and the picture is just showing the leaves.
