Last year, with the pandemic underway and a little too much time on my hands during the weekends, I decided to take up crocheting. Aside from sourdough baking, this was my second so-called “pandemic hobby.”
After a beanie hat, a scarf, a scowl, and a couple of baskets later, I grew bored of the simple projects and decided to take up something a little challenging. These are called Amigurumi and they were my best attempts at crocheting teddy bears.
The one on the left was meant to be a panda bear. It definitely did not turn out like I had thought. The mistake was not stuffing the head and body enough.
The one on the right has the opposite problem – I overstuffed the head. I think the head probably took almost half-pound of stuffing.
They are cute though which is good enough for me.
How talented you are. These guys are adorable 😀

These are so adorable! I can crochet dishcloths and blankets and that’s about it. Kids would love these animals!

Thank you. I find crocheting dishcloths and blanket a little too boring. These cute little things are just my level of challenge. 🙂
