This week, on Lens-Artists Photo Challenge #157, Guest hosts Rusha and Bert from Oh, the Places We See assigned the topic of Getting Away.
Everyone needs a getaway trip now and then. For me, a getaway is simple – a place with unique landscape, a good spot with lots of photo opportunities, and optional, within driving distance from home. I’m not the type of person that needs fancy hotels or cruise to the Caribbean to satisfy my relaxation requirement.
Sometimes, just a short drive up the mountain to see the sunset will satisfy my getaway needs.
Beautiful pictures as always… I’m moving to Utah in October and I can’t wait to see these views on a regular basis. I’ll be living near Mt. Zion National Park. 😉

Oh how fun! So you’ll be in southern Utah. Your views will be different there with its numerous shades of red.
