She had been sitting in the corner, curled in a fetal position for days. The first thing she did after coming home that night was pulling all the blinds as far down as it would go. Her plant babies will suffer but she would suffer more if the blinds weren’t down.

She still couldn’t believe it he turned her into a creature of the night. Who does that without consent? Just because I agreed to go out with you doesn’t mean I voluntarily surrendered my life to be this creature that comes out at night and sucks other people’s blood.

  2. I think many women may feel the same way when relationships take an unexpected twist. Being under an other’s control is not healthy. Vampire or not.
