B is for Burnout.
I’ve always been confused between being stressed and being burned out whether emotionally or physically. I don’t think I’ve ever even researched it until this challenge. I have definitely experienced these symptoms some days more than others. I can tell by my blog’s performance by how much effort I put into writing my posts.
One thing I know, I know it’s not caused by work. I happen to enjoy my work, no matter how much work there is. The origin is life and I guess I will need to figure out how to treat this burnout.

Burnout or feeling down due to stress, both need us to change our lifestyle.

Yes, but I don’t think it’s a calling for lifestyle change. Maybe find workaround.

Being in burnout isn’t fun. I’m still recovering from the pit I fell into last year. Reading has helped.
