#AtoZChallenge 2024 – Grateful


G is for Grateful.

Before bed each night, I try to list off at least one thing I’m grateful for that day and say it out loud like an affirmation. I feel it’s an important thing to practice because living in this world where resources, among other things, are limited, thus I try to be grateful that the resource is available at the moment. I also feel this world would be better if more people practiced gratitude instead of acting like he/she is deserving of this resource.

  1. I don’t think about thinking about putting words (even in my head) of “gratefulness,” but I do very often think how nice it is to climb into bed and pull the blankets up over my nose! So, I am grateful that way!
