“First, it was the engagement party, then it was the bachelorette party, and now the rehearsal dinner, must she be so controlling of everything?”
“Well, it is her wedding and don’t you know, she paid for 90% of it, so I would think she deserves some decision power, don’t you think so?”
“Please tell me you’re kidding?”
“Do I look like I’m kidding? The real question is how did she, of all people, get engaged to this bum, I mean, he makes money freelancing online, his gigs are something like ghost-writing or something like that, it’s a hit and miss, some days more and other days nothing?”
“Okay, this is either an arranged marriage or she’s being forced to marry this guy at gunpoint because there’s no way, and I repeat, NO WAY, this control maniac is marrying this loser by choice.”

Absolutely! I wish I could write a few more sentences but it’s a 6-sentence story. 😀

I imagined them to be the bridesmaids. The bride must have some judgy friends.

You would be amazed at some people’s choices of life partner, it often makes no sense at all.
