I look up a lot, especially when it’s windy. Four of my neighbor’s six trees hang over my back yard so I have to be the lookout for an errant branch or lumb clocking me in the head. 😮
Good morning, Yinglan! 😉

If that happens to me, I would take a saw and cut the branch off. After all, I’m trying to garden and I can’t have any hazards nor anything that’s blocking my sun.

I wish.
Well, the braches are about 20 feet or more in length so by law, I’m only allowed to cut them back less than half of that. Trust me, I’ve had two cut back but they’re still hanging over my yard. Besides that, it costly for me. And if I did cut them back more than that and something happened to the tree, I could be liable, which is backwards, if you ask me.
They should be made to cut them back but of course my county won’t do it.
