If you wanted to do something completely against your character, would you dye your hair a shocking color, shave your head or get a tattoo?
What’s against my character will probably be all of the above, except dye my hair. I am currently trying to grow my hair, not get rid of it, so shaving my head would definitely be out of character. I would never part with my hair. To get a tattoo means I must go through pain and I’ve been through too much pain already like having extensive mouth surgery and knee surgery and hand surgery. I will say no to the pain to getting a tattoo.
I’ve always wanted to dye my hair but just not a fan of all the work to have to put in to care for it after the process.
What is your dream/perfect job?
My dream job is probably a writer as in write at my own leisure and not on demand. My dream job would be having a space where I have no distraction, a space where I can just sit down and write.
Would you like to learn how to fly an aeroplane?
I had a dream once of becoming a pilot but not anymore. I’ve watched too many movies and TV shows to know flying a plane means I must conquer my fear of heights, which I don’t think I will ever be ready for.
Have you been on a hovercraft?
I had to look up what a hovercraft is since I don’t even know what it is. So no, I have never been on a hovercraft.

I used to dye my hair all the time. At home. I think since my very early twenties. However, the pandemic made that difficult and I got used to seeing my hair gray. I haven’t dyed it since April of two years ago and before that I hadn’t dyed it since 2019. It’s all gray now. Someone in my gifting group have me some fun colors in “clay” form. I haven’t tried it yet. I think I might do a very small stand of people near my ear where I can see it when I look in the mirror.

I have been having to dye my mom’s hair every few months or when we’re going on vacation. It was a messy thing to do and I doubt she’s willing to help me dye my hair.

I had hi-lights once but they didn’t take so were a waste of money. My hair was naturally wavy and dark, now it’s still wavy but more grey and I don’t mind. My Mum’s hair was a beautiful silver, so if mine goes like that I shall be well pleased!
Thanks for sharing your world again this week.

I have fine and limp hair. I tried several times to curl it but the curler was a pain to maneuver. Maybe I’ll try to use the old-fashion curlers one day to give my hair a bit of volume. So I’m a little envious of anyone with wavy hair.

After Ive washed and dried it, I tie it back in a scrunchy, and that also gives it a wave.

I always tie my hair back. I think the only time I got a wave was when I twisted my hair tight and clipped it with a claw clip for a day but the moment I washed my hair, it was gone.
