Which of the following could you NOT do without? Automatic washing machine, TV/cable, Microwave oven.

Probably an automatic washing machine because I was born in an era where I was not taught to wash clothes by hand. Besides, I will just use the stove to heat up my food. I don’t use the microwave that much anyway, other than softening brown sugar for my French Toast. Yeah, there’s that. Oh well, I guess I won’t have brown sugar in my French Toast.

Which would be your priority of these: a warm coat or a comfortable pair of shoes.

Both of them are high priority but if I have to rank one over the other, I would pick a comfortable pair of shoes since it’s not everyday I need a warm coat.

Would you rather have a hot cup of tea/coffee or hot soup?

It depends on the circumstance. For example, if it’s early in the morning, no thanks to the hot soup but if it’s dinner, then, okay for the hot soup. It also depends on the type of soup. I would say no to a minestrone or a soup that came from a can.

If you had the choice rather than necessity/cost effectiveness, would you rather rent a property, buy with a mortgage, or share with family/friends and split the cost?

Being single and not handy with certain household repairs, I would rent a property over buying because renting means someone else is responsible for the repairs, I’m just responsible for the rent and maintaining cleanliness of the property. It was always my goal in life to rent until my mom forced me to buy my current house.
