Friday Fictioneers: Genius Artist

Purely a work of my imagination!

No one understood his talent as an artist. As a child, his mother shunned his love of art, had him pursue schooling for math and science. Chemistry, biology, physics, calculus, he’s done them all and wowed his mother with top grades. He was, however, bored, always in the back of the class, doodling in his notebooks, only half-listening to his professors drone on.

After landing a job as associate professor at his Alma Mater and getting his apartment, he began pursuing art again, always drawing the same woman. If you ask him who she is, he’d shrug, “I don’t know.”
