How long have you been blogging? Do you revisit or reblog some of your earlier posts?

Over the course of over a decade (12 years to be precise) of running this blog, I have published over 5,000 posts. Some of the posts have been moved to another blog (This is Another Archive) to free up room on this blog. Even then, I am now about 20 posts away from publishing my 5,000th post on this blog. Somehow, I’ve managed to know what I’ve written in my posts. I used to reblog my earlier posts but now, I just link relevant old blog posts to new posts.

I don’t think I have anything against re-blogging, I am just a stickler to have fresh material written on each post, rather than just doing an encore post.

Do you have a favorite post/posts?

I have quite a few stories that left an impression but my blog posts are like my plants, there’s no such thing as a clear favorite, I put effort in them and I love them all.

Do you have another blog elsewhere?

I have another blog here on WP that’s full of stories from earlier years but if you mean if I have a blog on another platform, then no, I do not. I had one a few years back on wordpress.org but after a few weeks of tinkering and frustration, I deleted that blog and asked for my money back. A word of advice: unless you know your way around website design, stick to wordpress.com.
