
“What?!” Helena snatched the prints right out of the private investigator’s hands. In the photos were a man sitting opposite a woman and even though the photo was blurry, the PI assured her that it was her husband in the photo. “That cheating bastard!” She threw the prints on the ground and stomped on it. “I’m going to show him.”
“I’m glad my job’s done,” the PI said, “now, if you’ll excuse me, I have other clients to tend to.”
“Are you kidding me? We are not done here.” The PI raised an eyebrow. “You are going to get me a clear picture of my husband and this…this other woman,” Helena was so angry at this point that she could barely contain her voice, she pointed at the stomped-on prints on the ground, “not this blurry mess you charged me an arm and a leg for. You hear me?!”
