Have you ever been fishing?
Yes, I have. My stepfather used to take me fishing when I first moved to the U.S.. He wanted me to blend into the American society, which I was grateful because without him I probably won’t be who I am today. The first time he took me fishing was probably over 20 years ago.
What do you consider to be the bravest thing you’ve ever done?
I don’t know if it’s the bravest but it definitely took some guts and that is standing up to my mother. I’ve been doing more and more of that lately because it’s not right that she treat me or anyone else in such a mean and emotionally abusive manner.
Would you rather: curl up with a good book in front of an open fire, or settle down with a tub of popcorn and watch a good movie with a friend.
Definitely curl up with a good book in front of an open fire. So cozy and lovely.
Have you ever owned tropical fish?
No, the closest thing might be pet-sitting for my mom’s friend’s daughter’s pet turtles.

Unfortunately, it’s not just me that she treats this way and I do wish her siblings do something similar instead of hiding behind me.
