Do you forgive and forget, or forgive but remember.

I try to forgive but there are things that were done to me that will remain permanently seared into my memory.

If someone has hurt you deeply, do you avoid them, cut them out of your life, or carry on as usual?

Are we talking about a family member or a stranger? If it’s a family member, I try to avoid them because my family members are my mom’s siblings, so unless I go find another rock to crawl under, it’s best to just avoid them and if I’m to find myself in the same room with them, then steer myself as far away as I can.

If you could be a wild animal, what would that be?

If I can be a wild animal, I will either be a tough mean bird like a hawk or an eagle or a lioness. I imagine these animals to be tough and know how to defend themselves and that’s the kind of wild animal I want to be.

What color are your eyes?

Unlike my mom and her family whose eyes are black like the midnight skies, my eye color came from my dad’s side of the family, which is dark brown. I once shined a light in my mom’s eyes to see if I can see her pupil and I couldn’t. I can see my pupils in daylight.
