How would you classify your sense of humor? Some people are easily amused while others take their time to understand a joke- and perhaps kill the joke in the process!

How will you classify your sense of humor? Can you tell jokes well?

I feel like my sense of humor only exists on paper, perhaps even it only exists in this blog. It’s almost non-existent in real life. I cannot tell jokes well because my thoughts don’t always translate well to my lips. Sometimes, a thought may be funny in my head but when I say it out loud, people will look at me funny, as though they don’t understand what I’m saying and this doesn’t matter what language I say it in.

I have trouble telling a joke in the family because my mom and her siblings always cut in when I’m in the middle of the sentence and then they will fill in the blank to what I’m about to say. About 90% of the time, they would be wrong. It’s very annoying and frustrating to converse with this group of people. It’s as if what I have to say don’t matter with them. They make me not want to speak and I guess that’s when my mouth and thoughts get a little disconnected.
