Happy-Thanksgiving

I hope everyone is enjoying your turkey and hopefully, I am as well by the time this post goes live. I have been invited by one of mom’s friends to her house for Thanksgiving meal this year. That’s why I’m writing this post early.

I have so much to be thankful for, so much that this post cannot contain it. So I’ll begin by saying I am thankful to be a part of this amazing blogging community, to have met so many wonderful people, pen pals, bloggers, and authors these last two years. I would also want to thank everyone for reading, liking, and commenting on my stories as well as following me along on this crazy journey I call growing up. It’s been an awesome journey and I hope to continue for years to come.

I am also thankful for the wonderful new job I acquired this year. The boss and everyone I work have been fun and wonderful and although it’s hectic at time, I managed to learn a lot from this new job which benefited in my education in great ways.

I am thankful to have the translation job. Even though it’s incredibly boring and the work often feels tedious, I am thankful because this is the job currently paying my bills, books, and tuition.

I am thankful I got to see the last bits of the wonderful autumn colors before all the leaves fell and were replaced by a fresh layer of powder snow. It snowed last night and supposed to snow today.

Lastly, I am thankful for the meal I am about to have today, the place I get to call home, and the warm bed I get to crawl into every night.

  6. Happy Thanksgiving! 🙂 I didn’t know it’s Thanksgiving Day till I read the posts in the Reader. 🙂 We don’t celebrate it in SG. But it’s wonderful to read about it. 🙂 Have fun!
