I couldn’t find a great quote on this one so I’m generating my own with my own picture. This is something I collected from experience. I’m sure some of you can relate to this. I know I’ve been there numerous times with my mom pushing me to the brink all the time. At the moment, things are just beginning to get better and hopefully, crossing my fingers, I just might make it through the year.
There was another quote similar which is “Even the nicest people have their limits” and I think it’s quite right. Everyone’s emotions have a limit and when one’s emotions are pushed beyond its limits, they’re bound to break and then who know who or what they’ll become.

Sometimes it is as important to recognize the limits of others as it is to know one’s own limits. Not pretty when the two outer limits collide. 😀

Excellent thoughts on limits. It’s good to hear that you feel things are beginning to get better with your situation regarding your mom. I wish you well.

Too true. I’m usually very easy-going and friendly, but push me too far and I can turn cold.
