A-Z Challenge 2016: Z for Zen

Zen Quote

“Not thinking about anything is zen.” It may sound easy but you have no idea how difficult it is to sit there and no think. I’ve been trying for almost a year and still, I have not mastered it. There are always a million thoughts that fill my mind. Maybe it has something to do with the general anxiety disorder (GAD) I’ve been diagnosed with a few months ago. Maybe that’s what anxious people are, they can’t calm down.

Anyway, I’m finally done with finals and this is my last post for this year’s A-Z challenge. Whew I did it. I’ll come back tomorrow with the highlight of the challenge. For now, I hope you all have a wonderful Saturday and I’ll leave you with some soothing and relaxing music.

Cool post. I’ve always been bad at not thinking. “Clear your mind,” always took me longer than it should. But it’s always good to keep trying.

  3. Let me add my congratulations to those above for completing the A-Z Challenge. I know some of the letters came easy for you… and others led you through quite a struggle. But you did it! I’m glad you are done with your finals… that has to be a good feeling. Keep up the great work Yinglan…
