Cee’s Which Way Photo Challenge: Traffic in China

After staying in China for almost a week, I learned that navigating the roads in China is an incredibly dangerous task. I also learned to never head out in a car between 5 and 9 PM. The roads are often a grid-lock during those times.

There were plenty of times during the past week where I was holding onto the door handle with an iron grip as my aunt weaved in and out of traffic, centimeters from hitting another car. In China, whether you’re driving an electric scooter, a car, or even a bicycle, drivers yield for no one.

My aunt said, “If you apply your U.S. driving skills in China, you will never get anywhere.” Here are some which way photos of the traffic situation in China. I hope you enjoy my selection.
