I walked out into my backyard on Sunday afternoon and myself stare at this bush with these super red leaves. I remember when I first moved into this house in August, this bush had dark purple leaves. I had asked the previous owners what kind of bush this was but they couldn’t recall since it was planted a while back. I don’t recall seeing this beautiful bush when I lived next door either. Hmm… It’s amazing to see the effect of the different seasons on this bush though.

It looks like and sounds like a burning bush. I have one. It’s called a Burning Bush.

I don’t know the scientific name for it. When I ordered mine the nursery called it a Burning Bush.

I googled it and I definitely have a burning bush. Its scientific name is Euonymous Alatus, according to Google.
