Somehow, I’m feeling more festive this year than I have in a long time. I don’t know what the definition of a “long time” is in my dictionary. Let’s just say, I can’t remember the last time I felt this excited about Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Maybe because I spent the previous holidays either feeling anxious about my grades or feeling down about my grades. Then this year, I have a job, a house, and steady income. Perhaps, that’s an excellent reason to celebrate.
I do know one thing though, I’m looking forward to the new year. I hope I can get a fresh new start in 2018 with one of my applied jobs.

Not just one, I’ve applied for multiple jobs. It would be so great to start at a new job for the new year, one that won’t make me miserable.
