
Keeping with this week’s theme from Daily Post of Experimental, here is another one of my long-exposures. This one was taken at Mirror Lake and I have to say, I spend sometimes squatting there adjusting the camera setting for this picture. My hands are naturally shaky but I think this turned out okay.
Part of me wanted to bring the tripod that day while the other part of me thought the tripod was too clunky and heavy and I didn’t want to spend the whole time setting it up and carrying it around. Besides, I had no clue what the terrain was like. I think I made the right choice.

I plan on using a monopod more next spring and summer. 🙂

A monopod? Is that a tripod with only one leg? Wouldn’t that be a selfie stick? 🤔
