Do you prefer a bath or shower?

I used to take baths before I moved to the United States. I don’t know why. I guess it’s how it was – children took baths while adults showered (not at the same time).

The first thing I was taught after I landed in the U.S. was never take baths because bathtubs are filthy and full of germs. Since then, I only took showers though if I have a brand-new or squeaky clean bathtub (like the one in the picture), I would definitely prefer a bath.

What do you do to make a living or during the day? If you are retired what mostly occupies your day? Or if you are a student what are you studying?

I think this exact same question was asked about two or three years ago when I was in school.

However, this time around, my answer is completely different. By day, I am a staff accountant (or rather soon-to-be former staff accountant) for a hay company. I tell a lot of people I work in a hay factory and immediately, I can see a weird look on their faces like a hay factory?

Don’t worry, I don’t handle any hay. I just breathe in the allergen that is hay dust and sneeze like crazy while trying to handle the company’s finances in the freezing cold office due to a malfunctioning furnace.

Is there a stuffed animal in your bedroom?

Nope, I wish I have one though but I’m afraid I might knock it off the bed. I am a violent and awkward sleeper, you see. I often kick and punch in my sleep.

What inspired you or what did you appreciate this past week?  Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination. 

Being this is my last full week at this company inspired me to go to work in the morning, that and pay day is coming. Getting a paycheck is always appreciated. Plus, I must finish my year-end reports and month-end reports by Friday.

I also appreciate getting to go out and walk around even though I wish to be home. Getting a little bit of fresh air is never a bad thing, even if the air is salty. And I did appreciate to finally getting to walk out onto the salt flats.
