Where am I?
I squint to get a clear view but it’s all so fuzzy and out of focus. I can make out the water but that’s it.
Suddenly exhausted, I let my eyelids droop and my thoughts fly free. Come on, a voice calls me to join. Without issuing command, my feet leaves the ground and I am floating on air. Unexpectedly, things becomes in focus as I watch the waves lap in my mind’s eyes.
Familiar music begins.
No, too soon, I think. I’m not ready to wake up. Just one more moment and I’ll start my day.

I’m sure I’d not want to wake from such a dream! Why do they so often end during the best bit?
Here’s mine!

Those too-soo-to-end dreams, eh? They do stay with you, though, a bit into the day. Sometimes one even gets a chapter two the following dream-away.

There are definitely those peaceful times when you can almost consciously beg yourself not to wake up.
