
I’m sorry to say that next to red, pink is one of my least favorite colors. I think it’s because, in my mind, pink has always been the color that represented femininity. I remember when I was young, adults would often dress me in pink, trying to make me into a “real” girl, as they say.
If you look in my closet nowadays, you won’t find any pink clothing. I’m a dark color kind of person. The most vibrant piece of clothing I own is probably an orange jacket. I’d gag if anyone tries to put me in pink these days.
Can you tell I was never a girly girl?
Although, I must admit, pink can indeed be a pretty color, especially for a flower. Still, not my favorite color though not a bad color to put in the garden to add a pop of color among all the purples, yellow, and violets.





Well, you certainly photograph pink florals very well, Yinglan, even if you dislike the color, LOL! My mom used to dress me in bright pink dresses for school, and with my bright, curly red hair, it was a disaster. I get it 😉
