Gasping at the sharp sting in her palm, she felt like she had been dropped into another universe. What’s going on? Where am I? She wondered as she looked down at the palm of her right hand, where bright red blood was seeping out of a cut caused by the rusted blade in her hand.
Reflexively, she dropped the blade on the ground.
“Watch out!” She heard someone yelled and next thing she knew, she was flying backward and landing flat on the sidewalk. “Are you okay?” A familiar voice asked.
Feeling lightheaded, she lifted her hand to once more examine the wound except there was no blood and no wound, as if whatever she saw was a figure of her imagination. Shaking her head, she muttered, “That’s impossible.”
“What’s impossible?” The good Samaritan asked.
That’s what she got a good look at him. Frantically, she stumbled backward. “No, no, no, you can’t exist.” Her lips quivered. “You’re dead. I saw you died.” It was her brother. “Where am I? What happened to me? What’s happening to me?”
Her brother smiled, “Oh sister, you have so much to learn.”

Fantastic!

Love this. I believe someone we loved who has passed before us will be there to help us cross over.
