I took this photo on the walk on that foggy Sunday morning a few weeks ago.
I’m still surprised by how little snow is on the ground this year. According to the weatherman, the storms have been avoiding the intermountain region this year and it’s been slamming the other parts of the US with snow and rain.
When I came home from my road trip on Wednesday and lifted the cover to check my vegetables, I discovered that it was once again harvest time for the red leaf lettuce. Wow, another winter harvest – #3 so far. It has not been a normal winter but I guess I’ll make the most of it.
