C is for Chaotic or Chaos, which whether you agree or not, it’s a real emotion.
In my experience, emotions are most chaotic when everything is thrown in your direction all at once. I ultimately end up feeling incredibly overwhelmed like my system is being overloaded with so much information that my brain doesn’t know what to do with it.
When I feel chaotic, I end up neglecting the most basic of personal care. I feel I should acknowledge I’m experiencing this kind of emotion but at the same time, I feel like even if I give this emotion acknowledgment, I wouldn’t know how to handle it.

I like the quote. My life is one type of chaos followed by another… but it works.
